There hasn’t been much coming out of the Zodeman’s corner lately. Took a week of vacation, and another week of reviewing pictures and working on getting the good ones ready for print. Got some prints in today that I just looked at and am very happy with the results. Some will get larger prints made, and some will probably just be the 8x10 or 8x12 sizes. I also have an order of metal prints on the way to be ready for this weekend’s show.

This weekend I will be at the Wichita Flea Market held at the Kansas Star Casino Arena. I’m looking forward to it, hope there is a good turnout and people want to spend money! It is another opportunity to refine to display, and make some more connections.

The next show I have booked is Art in the Park in Marion, Kansas the third weekend in September. That will be the first outdoor, two-day art show that I will be involved with. It is kind of a big deal for me from that standpoint, also that it is the first one away from the immediate vicinity. Makes for some different logistics issues. I lived in Marion for two years during first and second grade. It will be interesting to see who I run into there.

Aside from getting ready for this week’s show, I am still in process of reviewing the last couple years of pictures I have taken. The best ones will get turned to prints, and then I can concentrate on making new pictures!
